Understanding Batches, Labels & Your Catalog View
For our last version we wanted to come up with a better experience for you to manage and organize your catalog. As a result we created this new feature I'm presenting to you today, the Gallery View.
At a glance the gallery view let's you manage the catalog in little groups of items, this groups can be your upload batches (an upload batch are your photos grouped by their upload stamp), or your labels.
From now on iSyndica will automatically show you by default the gallery view, the first time you enter you will see your batches gallery:

In this gallery you will see your images grouped by the upload stamp, in this view you can't control how the groups are created, if you want a little bit more control then on the filter panel, in the Labels buttons you will see the gallery icon, click it and you will be redirected to the labels gallery.

With labels as you may already know, you can Create them, edit how many images are in a label, or delete them, so we think this will be your favorite destination to browse your catalog.
Now whenever you select one of the items in any of the galleries you will see right on top of your item catalog one of our new features bundled with the gallery view, the filter bar.

Think of the filter bar as your information center that will tell you exactly where you are in the catalog. By letting you add and remove filters like the Labels, Batches or even a Search term. The filter bar will always be there to help you know where you are, and if you like too much your current search, now you are able to bookmark your searches. Just apply some filters and hit the bookmark icon on your browser, and the next time you open iSyndica with this bookmark you will be seeing the filtered content.
We hope that you enjoy this new features, as much as we enjoyed developing them for you.

Hello..
I'd just like a way to organise the files better. For example, I'd like to label each image only once, so there should be a way to filter the already labeled images and show only the unlabed ones so I can label them without doing it twice!
Thanks!
Dan

Thanks for the feedback. We have that marked as a to-do for our next release

Maybe I missed it, but it is possible to select multiple images to apply a label?
Cheers

Yes Laurent - You can select multiple images and then assign a new batch (or remove it)
Hi, sorry if this is a stupid question, but how do I create and assign labels? Thanks
